Responding to the Teacher Contest, on the morning of November 5th 2018, English teacher - Nguyen Thi Huyen – taught “ Unit 6: How many lessons do you have today ? ”
The use of innovative teaching methods of speaking skills has really inspired the students. They are not only actively explore, acquire the knowledge but also practice using skills attached to reality.
This method focuses on developing speaking skills for students by talking to the teacher and their friends. It gives them the chance to know and understand their daily life. It stimulates curiosity, passion for discovery and students’
communication.
The class has really created the students' confidence, love and passion for thei second language. They will deeply memorize and find new things about themselves and their surroundings. Through the individual activities, group activities and games, they are more confident to express their opinions.
By the innovation in teaching, I have made students more and more interested in English. They learn by visual arts, songs and interesting games, or English Festival. It makes them to be more confident in communication and life.
